Rear Electra Rack and Fatti-O??

Now that the GF wants to keep the Sparker, she wants me to fit a rear rack so she can carry all the (crap) stuff that a woman carries :mrgreen:

Looking at an Electra rack the following is said on the Chain Reaction site:
"Regular men’s fits 2006-2009 Men's Electra Cruiser Bicycles with 26-inch rear wheels only. Not designed for use with Men’s Cruisers older than 2006 and Men’s Cruisers with Fatti-O 24” x 3.0” rear wheels."

Now this is new to me, I know you need a new seat clamp, but I seem to remember seen a pic of a fatty sparker with a rear rack.

Any ideas?
