Rear wheel problem

I'm having trouble keeping my back wheel on one of my bikes tight. After making 3 or 4 passes up and down the road, I notice my is loose. I don't think my wheel nuts are staying tight. I've already put lock washers on them like the lock washers that are on training wheels. Even without those, it still done it. Anyone know of a way I can stop it? Any help is greatly appreciated 8)

Regular axle nuts with the little flange should be sufficient. You might see if you can get the track nuts with the rotating washers. They work awesome.
