I would like to thank Danimal for a set of Red Wald pedals he dropped off at my house in trade. I went to put them on the Bud Truck and well.... the axle was bent on one of the pedals. You know like when a bike gets dropped right on the pedal. Anyway, I had to go digging in my box of pedals and what did I find - a bent to heck set of Wald jeweled pedals, but with the jeweled reflectors all still intact. Broke them down, cleaned with SOS pads, had to grind the original rivets with a Dremel and reassembly. It just goes to show you that you shouldn't throw out bike parts unless you are absolutely sure there are no serviceable parts left. Seems kind of obsessive, but it took about 2 hours to get them in this condition and a 5 minute trip to the hardware store for the correct size nuts and bolts to reassemble.
