Redline something and a Schwinn whatzit

Picked these up last week with some other things I'll be posting. The schwinn frame looks off some how. No kick stand, really pretty but big welds. I can't fire this one out. Also the SN# was long ago obscured either over a curb or under a grinder so that bit of the clue is lost to time.

schwinn is a scrambler. canti brakes should give a clue to the RL :?

Schwinn is definately a Scrambler. Welds are actually brazed and not the more typical electro-forged. Kinda rare for a Scrambler and chrome too.
