Decided to mess with the 3 speed hub on the Rail today. Since the pin would only go in a little over half way of what it should I sprayed a bunch of Pb blaster in the oil hole and worked it around the hub and the pin still wouldn't go in. So figuring I would have to either replace the hub or rebuild it I grabbed a hammer and gently tapped on the pin and it started going in. Put the knuckle on and gave the shifter a good tug and the pin started to move and the cable broke (was pretty rusty). Pulled on the shifter arm and it freed up. Probably don't have the pin set right but after I pulled the shifter arm it seemed to pedal easier.
