Repeaters on Craigslist

Do you ever see a repeat ad over and over and over again .... it doesnt really bother me but the CL bike section around here isnt all that busy. Busier ones I would hate to see the same junk dragged to the top every day.

I spent time just last week flagging an ad for a BMX bike that was being posted four times a day EVERY day for a week. If nobody is buying your kid's old Haro (which you can't be bothered to take a pic of - posting a stock pic of the same model in a different color instead) for that price, the ad at the top of the list every three hours isn't going to help.

It annoys me, it also amazes me because when I go to repost my ad after it's been up for a month or list in another city (I'm between 2 lists) mine always get stopped before they publish. So annoying. What are these people doing to post the exact same ad so many times?!

Yeah there's a guy from Carmel that does that on Indy c-list, mostly 80's road bikes at bargain basement prices......NOT! More like retail x 3... :lol:

maybe you should buy it. its $5 maybe youll need it someday.

i see stuff like that everyday,actually everyday its the same stuff. there might be a couple of new ads a day in the IE, so cal CL, but its either not really worth anything or it gets bought right before i get to call the seller.
