Replacement Headset

I recently bought a Hercules single speed light weight with a New Departure Model D coaster brake, probably early/mid 60's? I need to replace the headset. It's slightly smaller in diameter than than the regular cruiser types-21.1x32.5x27. Where can I find one?

The problem is that the bearing cups are slightly smaller so the replacement cups don't fit the frame, sorry I didn't explain it well.

You probably need 30-30.2mm cups also need to watch the race size on the fork could be 26.4 or 27, checkout Niagara Cycle Works they usually have a good selection of Sunlite replacement headsets
