Road Trip!!!

My Wife and I just did a 1000 mile round trip to pick up an engine and transmission for my 58 Ford Zephyr. I was going to put a late model engine it, but decided to go a more traditional route and fit an original style engine. It's a 155 cube straight six with a small cam, 2BBL Holley and headers. It's not long been rebuilt, and was removed by the previous owner so he could fit a Windsor to his car.

That looks like it's at least 3 times the size of an original throat for something like that. 8)
