So I was looking at some pics from that Ann Arbor bike show and the past years and I came across this bicycle I've never seen or heard of. The prewar Roadmaster supreme! The frame on this thing is so awesome. Would love to have one of these some day. Defiantly on my top 5 bikes to own.
The word rare gets thrown around a lot.. but this is rare.. I believe there are fewer than 10 known in the hobby.
I believe the one you pictured is owned by JAF/co. The Roadmaster Supreme was made '37-38, and came in two variants of Y-frame--there's the bug-eye and the 4-gill tanks. There's a whole thread on the Cabe devoted to Y-frame Supremes.
