Rollfast trike build

I started stripping the trike to find all the hidden damage. I am going to keep a diary of the build on this site, just to let you know. The upper down tube is twisted and the tube in the neck is twisted. Has anyone ever removed the bad tubes and replaced them or heard of anyone doing it. I took this photo of the goose neck I was wondering: Is the bend toward the bottom of the goose neck suppose to be there?

Definetly should not be bent.

My guess is someone had the neck to high and pulled back on the bars, I can't think of any other way it would bend like that.
