royce union frame with 14 mm axled wheels

this was actually a test to see of it could be done
i ground out the drops and made them fit
the wheels are sun brand i believe their off a redline
i haven't finished it yet and uncertain if i will but i just wanted to see if it would work

lil update on this
the headset i very wobbly because ut originally had a gyro which i may put back on
otherwise it cruises great
more pics soon as i finish it up
it needs brakes and some minor adjusting
