Royce Union muscle bike

Have the opportunity to purchase this but I know nothing about it. Can't find any information really on RU muscle bikes... Anyone ever see one of these?

I learned that Royce Unions are cheezy bikes and aren't worth much at all I got a BMX and thought it was something special until I read up on them :roll:
