Royce Union ???

Hi all,

I came upon this bike sitting in the back of an old-timer's body shop.

I was able to find some info on the 'net that this was a Japanese made bike and at the time the Japanese were doing knock offs of the English bikes.

Can anyone give me slightly more info? Particularly as to the vintage of this bike? Also, any estimate of the value?

This bike isn't up my alley, but I'd be buying to flip.

Not really any collector value on these. I believe the badge was used by an importer/distributor, and the bikes were sourced from different countries. Here's one I have, an attempt at a more American style cruiser.

a blast from the past, I had one like it when I was a kid around '72... light and fast bike made in Japan. I dont think they're worth much
as a collector of even as a flip but hey ya never know. I think I was given the one I had after my Lemon Peeler was stolen ..

Cool bike, I have a 1962 Royce Union with a Sturmey Archer hub. It's made in Holland.
