As part of the deal I had with Henry Morgan, I ended up with the Ruff Cycle again.

Today I got out there and painted it and put it all together. Rides much better with short cranks. The pedal scraping issue no longer exists.

Here's how it looked a couple of days ago....

My 10 year old shot this one...I definitely need one of those forward facing Basman style seat posts on this thing...or a REEEALLY long set of handlebars.

Maybe turn the bar clamp backwards?

That's a good idea...if I remember correctly, I may have tried that last time before I sold it to Henry.

I guess I need to give it another try....thanks for the reminder! :D

Tried it out and it helped quite a bit on the reach.

It does give you sort of a flip flop effect with the front end though....not too bad to get used to though.

I definitely need a larger chainring I think I'm running a 36T now on the front and with the 2 speed kickback hub, 1st gear is almost unusable.

You did exactly what I plan on doing with my Porucho frame. Primer red.n At one point i was going to have it powder coated Bianchi green but recently changed my mind.

Its sitting in the garage I plan on finishing her up and probably selling it since i have a few other projects I need to fund.
