I got this Mercury... Asking for info about the model, year of fabrication, what's missing, any pictures of a complete bike.
The frame looks it was welded, the wheels are destroyed, but still has some nice parts.

Looks like the same bike.
Top tube may have broken, then re-welded.
Pretty cool find tho, where do you get these things?
 
Higgins is a '56 import. Murray was busy building a new factory that year, and tooling up for the new Flightliner line. Murray should have a date code on the BB. -Adam

No easy resurrection, but maybe this will provide some incentive.

I am not able to restore this bike, somebody will do it.
The girls bike has a bent fork, so it will be part out.
