SAE 30 is a good oil to use, as it is non detergent. Sturmey Archer oil is no longer available.

Aprox. how much do i put in? Fill it up, 2oz. Etc.

I THINK it is like a teaspoonful. I pump mine full of PBBlaster, and most runs back out. So, overfilling wont hurt anything, it will drip out.
