Trying to see if anyone here is familiar with this bike shop.

Specifically trying to find out if folks think they are capable of packing a balloon tire bike.

Well..Several years ago, They Changed a tube for me one time, While I was at work. I came back and it was done. I felt like it was a little family business. There was a young mom and two little kids there behind the counter. But a young man aprox 19 years old in the back did the work for me, I was late for work and just dropped the bike off. They did a good job for me...
