I found these tires on the eBay and I really like them.

There's no more sizing info in the listing. I emailed the seller and try couldn't provide any more info either. I looked on Schwalbe's site and I think these are listed as wheel chair tires. Will they work on a 24" bicycle rim? I have a Schwinn that has 24x1 1/4 tires and I'd like to be able to run something like these since they fit the look.
