Are theese frames any thing special or just a Dime a dozzen..Good for fixed gear..any value to it.

Not anything special.

Giant was producing several bikes for Schwinn back in the late 80s.

I know that the Cruiser and Cruiser 5 were Giant built for a while.

I agree, they're still pretty common and weren't very high end. They are usually well made frames, and good cheap candidates for project bikes.

What they said. Nothing special, but pretty good quality. Here in Madison, I see a lot of these made into beater fixies.

I think the crank is different on mine...I'll check it thank for posting that picture.
