schwinn black phantom rescued from the family farm 😆

visited the old homestead & snagged my brother's black phantom from a pile of old bikes

missing a few things, the front wheel is being useful on a garden cultivator, it is believed that the tank & probably the front fender is in an old shed that is mostly collapsed, so another dig may turn them up

it will roll (kinda) robbed a skinny wheel & tire from an old raleigh (for now) on the front, til I find a more appropriate one, got a tube & tire ordered for the back

not blacked out, just legitimate rust, the light in that pic makes it look black though (I have some "better" pedals somewhere)

found a wheel & tire to fit on the front, did a little seat transplant surgery, the lucky 7even just fits !!!
