frankenbike, wrong bars, wrong chainring, chainguard, no shifter, wrong stem.
I could use a set of cheap / rider wheels if they look like they'd clean up , someoen might want the frame n fork .
Still a cool find, Schwinns are tough finds here in NY

Nice find, no doubt. If by "bring all offers" you mean it's for sale then you should know this site has some guidelines for selling bikes. 
I am sure after you set up an ad and price in the FS section someone will scoop it up quick. I just posted a bike I just picked up and think is cool in fresh finds and I plan to flip too. I just let people know that there will be an ad up for it soon in the classifieds. Again, good luck with that one what ever you do with it!
