Aren't Schwinn front forks solid I was asking how hard they where to bend.

They used several different designs over the years. In my experience, none of them are particularly strong-- but the tubular ones that came on King Stings and Sidewinders were better than the blad. The klunker guys from the 70s swapped those out for stronger stuff once it was available....

Or are you talking about bending them on purpose, for cumstomization reasons?

Yes on purpose to lower the bike and the rear.

The forged Ashtabula forks can be bent, then bent back. Tubular forks would be much trickier to do. Gary
