Schwinn serial #

I have a parts bike, Schwinn New World, headbadge is a small circle, (arnold shwinn, new world, chicago), serial # under the bottom bracket is G03826. I cannot date it, Any help?

The charts I looked at all have one more digit in the number, in the 48-52 series. Is there be one more number at the end?

No it doesn't, that is why I am lost

The serial number records before 1948 burned up in a factory fire. It is probably pre 48 then. Someone was trying to make up a list using existing known numbers, but I've never seen it.
