what is a good price for a new spoiler in the box plus shipping to my front door they are asking $700 with shipping and $185 ,thats in the price for $700

I paid around $500. for mine a year ago. It came to a little over $600. with shipping. I saw one on the 'bay going for $1000. this morning. At seven hundred bucks I'd jump on it, if you're looking for a Spoiler. They've been out of production since '06, and there were only a few thousand of them made. I believe that the Spoilers will one day achieve the collectible status now reserved for Elgins, and Bowdens. It has all the qualifications of a high end collectible: Exotic, Expensive, Top of its line, Low production numbers, and unparalleled styling.
Out of the box it leaves something to be desired in terms of rideability. If you can install a Sturmey Archer SXRK3 three speed, and a new saddle (Choppers US makes a great one) it will more than triple the comfortable cruising range. Here's mine:
