A google search of Schwinn stem pinch bolt brought me right back to RRB 8-20-10, and 3/8"- 20 threads per inch British Standard Fine

What year and what style of stem? They had/have a few different ones. They got back to pre WW1 and up until now, with a few changes during those times. Not trying to be a smart A**, but you may want to say which one you are wanting to know about.
