Schwinn Stingray Scooter question

Question, can the forks on these be used on a bicycle ( I know, technically this is a bicycle too)? There's one on my local CL for $30, looks to be in decent shape.

I too think this is the same fork used on the mini OCC, I am currently getting one of the mini forks ready to a bike I'm building. The fork is a 1" threadless, I am using the cups from the mini OCC but having to grind them down to fit in the head tube of the frame I'm using.
