Schwinn Suburban......need age please.

My neighbor gave me this bike today. I'm quickly learning that there are far more free bikes in this world, than there is space or time. :?
Anyway, I'd appreciate if someone could date this one for me. Or possibly direct me to a site that breaks down serial/model #'s.
