Schwinn Tank Bike... Reproduction?

Any idea what it is and also what the value might be? I'm thinking it is likely a reproduction Schwinn, but still a cool cruiser with the basket.
It has a Persons Worcester, Mass seat on it (again likely repo), AS bolts, etc...

The frame is definitely a modern frame (90s or newer). Taiwan I believe. Looks like it's mostly a Cruiser Classic. The guard was used by Schwinn on some bikes through the 70s and 80s. The decals on it are just random Schwinn decals. I'm not sure on the tank; it doesn't look like it fits great up front, which may suggest a Phantom repop, or that just the original Cruiser Classic tanks did not fit well.. or that it just looks weird in the picture.

Not a bad looking bike. A paint job and it would be nice. Sunset orange Schwinn color with black head tube and darts. Yep. Gary
