Schwinn Typhoon Delivery

Built this one with a typhoon i had laying around, I was going to clean the bike up and just sell it, decided to rat it a little bit.

Nothing major, just some little mods.

I Received the bike with apes and rusty chrome, i was allmost all set.
Taking it apart, i cleaned the chrome, put some different CMC Wheels on wrapped with some kenda flames.

The rear fender was giving me problems, so i tore off a bent bracket, and filled the holes with spikes

Had some racks laying around, the rear is supposed to have baskets, havent put them back ond

Looks good
Oh, and its for sale
of course...

I delivered newspapers on a Typhoon set up similar to yours back in '68-'70. All you need now is a couple of "spinners" for the handlebars to hang your paper bag on and a 2-speed kickback. 8) Gary

I had 3 calls yesteday(Christmas Eve)

One guy wanted it to haul chainsaws and shovels around his trails, He was a hardcore mountain biker.
He just wanted something to haul with, something different from everyone else

But, ended up selling it to someone else, he was too far
