I found these two today at a yard sale. They belonged to a brother and sister. Does anyone know the years?

There is no BMA sticker on the seat posts and no reflectors in the pedals. That would make it a 71 or older.

The Sears Murray made bikes serial numbers started with 502, then the next numbers were the model number, as shown in the sears catalogs. So, if you can look through the catalogs, you can spot those models.

I would start with 1965, if you know where to find the catalogs. I can't find them online.

Here's one that is advertised as a 67 on Ebay. Looks like yours.
