Seat clamp

Can someone point me to where I can find a single rail seat clamp that will fit the old seat post. I have a friend that ordered a new Brooks saddle and would like to keep the original Schwinn seat post. I have done some searching and only found clamps for the newer style posts.

I don't think you can order those new. I wish they never existed. I had a seat clamp that had an insert that adapted a large(normal) clamp to the smaller size.
