Just picked this up yesterday. Guessing its a cleveland welding frame rebadged? Has cool Western Flyer grips that will see their way onto my Hiawatha. The crank/sprocket setup may also follow. Now I have 2 drop center rims but there both backs, so I'm gonna relace one into a front hub.

Looks to be a pre war Monark(chainring's a dead givaway) that the rubber co. badged and sold.Good find.
