I put one tire inside of the other and then I wrapped Wal-Mart bags around them and then I took some USPS Priority Mail tape and completely wrapped the tires so it looked like a big mummified donut.
I checked the measurements with FedEx when I got home and their site quoted me $11 for the same dimensions.
