First: guhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Second: what's up with the custom looking fat bike in the bg? Double whammy!
2. I think it's someone's rider. Pretty fat.
1. o_O Wow, I always dreamt if I learned to weld I'd build a frame like this, with twin tubes, like those craddle frames from Norton or Triumph, don't really remember which was it. This is gonna be crazy awesome. Which thread is it, Matti?

Not following could be hazardous to your health.

It would need something for the chain to roll on though. Otherwise the chain would run very heavy, also the chain pull probably will make the chain to gradually eat through the frame, which will lead to chain slack and eventually frame failure.
There will be abs plastic as a guide at the contact points

That pretty neat!
Dit you consider the derailleur wheels? Or bronze bush bearings? Of Teflon?

I do not know what the friction coefficient of ABS is, or will they be rollers?

Sorry for all the questions, suddenly I am even more interested in your build

Thanks!
Space is limited, so no pulleys, I also want it so be smooth so I won't feel the notches of the chain as i pedal. I can shape the plastic to have a gradual ramp, so that lowers that affect. Chain guides like these, with the same plastic, are used on down hill mountain bikes and 3-wheel recumbent bikes in the same way.

Skynight John trying a new angle: humility and self depreciation to get votes

But he's hiding a Rockhopper under that gorgeous blue. This one will be a great rider!

Rat Rod Understatement Award!
And I think that Alpha needs a build thread!
It does have a build thread, just not on here.
