Small Size Seat Post Clamp Help

so my original leather seat is long since gone on my pre war bike, but the seat post is still good. I have an old fuji leather seat I'd like to use, but the seat post (right angle version) is way to small for the seat clamp. the old seat clamp that was on the old leather seat is set up for a double wire holder on the old seat.

Do they sell a really small seat clamp for the much thinner seat posts?

Could be 5/8". The only source I know of is old bikes. Somebody in the swat meet forum may have some to part with, or someone may post a source.

also I need this I-Bolt for the old seat front piece. Does anyone make this or is it a lost item?


You can see the hourglass (I-Bolt) where it slides into the seat hardware.
