I got a call yesterday from a guy who is cleaning out a relatives house who passed away & they are having an estate sale. The guy tells me there is an old green Schwinn Phantom there & I can have it for $250 if I want it. Of course I'm super excited but try not to show it & I tell him I'll come get it before they have the sale. OF COURSE, the guy calls me back & tells me how his sister researched it on the internet & saw one sell for $1,700. So now they know it's worth more & are going to hold out for more money.
