Some more goodies from work

Picked these up today from a friend from work
A schwinn pixie someone house painted over the original blue tested a spot and I think the paint is in good shape underneath

Sears Spyder ???

Couple of old Hawthornes not sure who made them Mens is spray painted metallic blue over what looks to be originally orange

A 55 24" Schwinn Wasp underneath the light blue paint was the original dark blue paint Someone decided to put a sprung banana seat and ape hangers on it though, Once I clean it all up it will be a nice match to my other 55 Wasp which is 2 months older

I just used some lacquer thinner, I tested it on a hidden spot first though

Thanks I wasn't sure I picked them thinking that a couple of them might be good swap meet material

Good bikes, There is a Pixe with dual top bars that looks real good on CL but he is asking $275 for it.

wow - good friends ... I'm jealous.... ( freidns at work would be better, since I got laid off today, companyu one more of the economic casualties ....

but - more time to play with the bikes

It didn't on mine I was surprised it didn't take the decal off off the wasp it did on the pixie

Wow I want to put this one back original and have fun with it I've already tried riding it I made it 15 feet before I Gave up
