I got this bike over the weekend it is the second one I Have ever seen like this. Great original paint. I believe it is a 1942 Elgin Victory bike.

"Victory" as in the Victory Program of WWII? Interesting, I didn't know they built civilian bikes in 1942, especially not under the Victory Program.

There was a swap meet in Portland Indiana over the weekend and all this week. It is more of a scooter show and swap but this year there was alot of bicycles.

YEah it was a great weekend probably had 10 different bikes over the weekend and brought home these. a lot of trading and buying back and trading some more it was a great swap meet cant wait till next year.

Great scores! Swap meets around here have nothing like that, but if you ever need some rusty girls middleweights or 70s 3 speeds let me know...our swaps have tons of those
