Has anyone out there ever heard of Union Bicycle Co. I searched it on the web and I can find anything :x all I know is that its a german company so if you have any info on the company please shoot me a message or reply to this post

That'll be the famous 'Royce Union', head badges say "made in Germany", "made in Holland" or "made in Japan".
'Union' is a different brand, Dutch, with an English name (probably because when they started a lot of parts came from Britain).
Looks like 'Royce Union' was a firm who had other people around the globe produce their bicycles.
