I had a back 24'' clincher wheel off of a Worksman three wheeler. It has a wide flange hub. I also have a Nexus 7 speed that uses the 10 ga worksman spokes. I took a chance and tore the 24'' wheel down and laced it back to the 7 speed Nexus ,just being bored. I did a cross 4 instead of a cross 3 and it laced up perfect. I'm smileing right now. I'm going to order a couple of those cheap deal of the week Kenda's for $4. Now I got lucky and I'm pretty sure I wont be so lucky on the one for the front. Maybe I can come up with some way to lace the other one to a regular hub with those spokes.  Still need to tear the first one back apart and paint the rim or maybe powdercoat it.

Can you redrill a high flange or lower spoke count hub to fit the spokes? Or get a HD Schwinn hub or a hub from Worksman.

I dont know if you have ever tried to deal with Worksman . I called and tried to order some 10ga spokes ...$1 per spoke...min 100. Now what would I do with 100 spokes.

That's pure luck having the hub take 10 gauge spokes. The bike I picked up last week at a garage sale has 11 gauge spokes. Almost a motorcycle wheel. There won't be any relacing with these.

Yeah I have alot of wheels with the big...and I think they are 10 gauge spokes . I polished all the nipples and cleaned the spokes and painted the rim yellow . So my next bike color will have to go with yellow rims.

I wound up with one Worksman clincher aluminum rim with stainless spokes and a nexus 3 speed...They must be rare because I havent run into a match for it.

I had a wheelset like that on the bubblegum pink girls Worksman I had. I think you do not see the aluminum rims and Nexus versions because they were an expensive upgrade; it was something like $279 for alloy wheels with a Nexus 3 speed.

So your saying I'm probably not going to find a match huh? I know I have about 15 worksman wheels and its the first one I have with stainless spokes. They dont stick them on many things.
