My dad picked this up over the weekend. I have a couple questions on it.

The silver plastic piece on the tank is cracked and missing a small piece. Is the bike worth more original or should I repair it and repaint that and the rear reflector shroud silver?

This bike is missing the rack, but I have the correct rack off another spaceliner but it needs paint. The tank is rusting a little on the top, should I repaint the rack and the tank?

The clearcoat on the chrome is peeling and makes it look dull, whats the best way to strip it off so I can polish the chrome up nice?

What do you think the bike is worth? I know what the mens version is worth, but not sure on the womens

I had one in similar shape a while back, but it was painted not chrome. The headlight piece wasn't cracked but the switch was snapped off. I bought it for $5 at a swap meet in KC. Traded it as it sits in the pic to garagegoon for a pair of hairpin saddles. He cleaned it up and flipped it for $130 on CL.

I say repair what you can, paint what needs it, clean it up and flip it.

I always liked those ears :lol: :lol: I say fix up what you can and sell it :wink:
