That frame is no good for a Fixed gear...?? I think you can only use Horizontal drop out..? :wink:

I've done it before you just make a bracket to hold a derailer sprocket and make a chain tensioner. :wink:

Chain tensioner will not work on a fix gear or coaster brake. When you back pedal it will just suck up and cause the chain to jam up or break off entirely. A single speed freewheel/freehub works great though.

Hmmmm I never had a problem with mine but my chain was pretty close already and I welded my tensioner solid to the frame.
 
You could also use a half link or dial it in by sprocket/cog size to make it fixed. The derailluer hanger is missing also. I bet you could easily get a sub twenty pound single/fixed bike out of that frame.
