I'm more into the simple clean lines that flow instead of bolting on a bunch of stuff that clouds the overall profile, and why paint when welding burns add such a sweat color and patina. Shot with two coats of clear as to avoid any rust. Everything was built in house: frame, handle bars, shifter, seat pan, seat post, milled spikes for the fork, hoops came anodized aluminum (they were stripped, polished then spoked with a Felt front hub and a Nexus 3 rear. The head tube an bottom bracket tube were off a 16" kids Spiderman bike I bought for $5.00 at the police auction. So far she has about 40 miles, is very comfortable and is smooth enough to steer with your knee.
