Nope, it is mounted too low to get cap engaged for pop off or twist off. Would work great on a wall surface.

I've been playing around with my State Klunker since July. FSA pig headset, 18T cog, different bars. It's a blast to ride.

Sturmey-Archer drums w three speed on Stan's rims are next.
