I tried penatrating oil, hammering the bolt, getting leverage from the bars and this is the result

Someone knows how to get it out

flip it upside down and soak the wedge with PB blaster from the bottom, usually they will come loose after a couple days of soaking and you can smack on the neck bolt and get it loose.

Tap the stem bolt down to disengage the stem wedge at the bottom.

Use "scrumblero's" method. It may take a few days, just shoot the PB Blaster on it a few times a day. I've done this a lot of times & loosened some pretty rusty stuff! (actually I am doing it right now on a 24" rust bucket that the forks & cranks are frozen) Whatever you do: Don't give up!

thanks i need pb i here it's stronger then liquid wrench.

I've used both, they both work, but I think PB works better. You can even get it at Walmart in the auto department!

since the stem is now broken, you can get rough with it and not worry about it.
and I think I understand that you broke the wedge free already

some suggestions:

Secure the fork in a vise or something so that the forks won't move even a little bit

hit it with a bfh hammer to break it loose
- or -
borrow the biggest pipe wrench you can find, and get a piece of pipe to use as a "cheater" to extend the handle.

twist to break it loose.

still no move?, get a propane torch and put some heat on it, try again.

once it turns you can get it out.

disassembly is a LOT easier when you don't care about the part... :D :D :D

glad it worked for you.

I have one, I cant un-stick, but I don't want to break it or scar it up.
It's just going to have to stay stuck!
