How do I find out what size stem I can fit on my bike. Like where and how do I measure? And is there a pretty standard size for most cruisers? And how do I figure out what size seat post clamp I can get for my cruiser? Thanks

Measure the inside diameter of your steering tube. There's a couple of different sizes. While one that's too large won't go in, one that's too small can distort the tube from over torquing trying to get it tight enough not to move.
