It could be but you need a closer look at the steering tube or the chainguard. The bars probably have 10 speed handlebar tape wrap all the way thru. Kevin

Schwinn made two-tone red and yellow StingRays toward the end of production in Chicago. I can't tell if that's one of them or not. Gary

Yes they made red and yellows, like the '79 Stingray II that I used to own... but not yellow bars and at that they weren't wide bars. Those are 69 or older wide handlebars.

The thing looks like it was painted up to go with the rather odd plastic Santa... that's definitely a "Picture is Unrelated" kind of scene...
