I just ordered 1000 1/8" bearings for $10. I'm trying to figure out the sizes I might need for future projects and stock up on them too. I have cruisers, three speeds , ten speeds , mountain bikes and probably some that don't fit in these categories in my "collection" of bikes. The 1/8s go in the freewheels on ten speeds. I guess I'll sit down with one or two of my repair manuals and see what all the common (and even the not so common sizes are). A lot of the bikes I have will need bearings repacked or replaced. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks.

1/4 is handy to have, they're used in some three piece bottom brackets, as well as some hubs.
