This is one of my favorite bikes in my collection. When it is in the garage with 12-15 other bikes , and my 40 Chevy sedan, I keep towels hanging across the grips and the seat to protect them.I leave part of the flourecsent lights on 24/7 and the garage gets a lot of sunlight through the windows in the garage door.I'm wondering how I can protect the rest of the bike, like the tires for example. A complete cover , maybe? The bike is not an idol that I worship , I just want to preserve it for as long as possible.Thanks.

those nylon car covers are pretty cheap at Pep Boys, and would probably cover 3 to 5 bikes depending on how you park them.

I'd get the ones that are not water proof, that can "breath" since they are all in the garage and won't get wet.

Just an idea.

Thom,Im not trying to be funny, but I do this...

REAL Large plastic trash bags fit around a bike.

Keep the tires inflated and spin them sometimes to avoid flat spots.

Ride it, enjoy it and don' t worry. As long as you keep it inside, that should be enough to keep it nice and clean.

I would think covering it would trap moisture underneath off it was on concrete. Just keep it clean and waxed and you should be fine
