straight bar frame need help on id

i just picked this up today from craigslist for a cool $50 i think im going to make it into a Klunker or something but need help on the id so if someone has some info it would be greatly apprectiated

Fork and sprocket look Murray. Is it a 24"?

The chainring is definitely Murray. I'm not sure about the fork. My gut says Snyder (chainguard and fork crown are giving me Snyder vibes!), but I really don't know for sure.
